Mô tả công việc

  • Design and maintain the company website to ensure a modern, clean, and cohesive brand identity.
  • Create layouts, banners, and visual graphics that effectively highlight our handmade tabletop and table base products.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to update new collections, images, and website content.
  • Work with web developers (when necessary) to implement design updates and maintain smooth website functionality.
  • Enhance user experience (UX) and visual storytelling to showcase the craftsmanship behind our handmade creations.
  • Monitor and improve the website’s performance, loading speed, and usability to ensure an engaging customer experience.

Yêu cầu

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Website Designer.
  • Proficient in Figma and Photoshop.
  • Possess a portfolio of retail website designs.
  • Strong sense of minimalist, modern design, aligned with the aesthetic of leading US retail websites (100% of our customers are native English speakers).
  • Good communication skills; able to use tools like Google Translate or ChatGPT to communicate effectively with foreign supervisors via messages.
  • Logical thinker with a proactive approach to finding solutions and collaborating effectively with content and project management teams.
  • Motivated to grow and work long-term with the company.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • English CV required.
  • Preferred: Candidates with a Shopify website portfolio already launched or live online.

Phúc lợi

Salary: 14-17 million VND/month (depending on experience and interview performance)

Probation: Up to 2 months – 85% of official salary

Working hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
