Visual Merchandising & Design Assistant

Job Summary

This role requires a deep understanding of the Beauty industry, and a proven track record in visual merchandising & design for Multi Brand Shop(Guardian/Watsons/Hasaki/Beauty Box) chains.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Visual Merchandising

• Managing Multi brand shop (Guardian/Watsons/Hasaki/Beauty Box) Brand Wall-bay VMD and displays.
• Working with agency for design variation from Head quarter, quotation and local production.
• Enhancing in-store experience with self-selection VMD elements to make conversion.
• POG management based on SKU IN&OUT.
• Monitor costs and work within budget.
• Do site-check for Key counters for monitoring VMD status.

2. Graphic Design

• Take responsibility for Multi brand shop big EC campaign design element & visuals under deadline.
• Contribute creative ideas to create campaign concept and theme.
• Other task upon assignment related to the scope of work.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• More than 2 years of related experience in Cosmetics or Retail industry.
• Proven track record of visual merchandising and design for offline beauty chains.

Skill Sets

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator
• Good at Sketch up or and 3D software is a must
• Having good taste in marketing merchandising (how to feature key products of each brand...)
• Having experience in printing, production and installation, from planogram to reality store
