Are you passionate about languages and excited about working with people from all over the world? We are looking for a Vendor Coordinator to help us build a strong global network of freelance translators and linguists for our fast-growing localization projects.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with the PM/Sales team to understand project needs and resource priorities.
  • Recruit and onboard qualified freelance translators in multiple language pairs for our translation & localization projects.
  • Communicate with linguists worldwide via email, LinkedIn, job platforms, and professional networks, etc.
  • Conduct initial screenings, test assignments, rate negotiation, and contract onboarding.
  • Manage and continuously update our vendor database.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with freelance linguists to ensure availability, quality, and reliability.
  • Support other vendor management tasks as required.

Yêu cầu

  • Comfortably using English in everyday tasks.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in any field, preferably in Translation & Localization Industry
  • Priority is given to candidates who graduated from language majors.
  • Strong research, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Vendor Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, Procurement Staff is an advantage.
  • Command of another language (Chinese; Japanese; Korean; etc.) is a plus.
