UI UX Lead - Sign On Bonus

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented UX/UI Lead to join our team. In

this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading all stages of our visual and user

experience design projectss. You will manage a team of talented designers, set the vision and

collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our designs not only delight the users but also meet

business goals and satisfy our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design Strategy: Develop and drive a comprehensive UX/UI strategy that aligns with

business objectives and product roadmaps.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI & Multimedia

designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous

improvement.

• Hands-On Design: Take a hands-on approach to design, creating wireframes,

prototypes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups and other design materials.

• Research: Plan and execute design workshop, user research, usability testing, and data

analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with project managers, engineers,

internal and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user

experiences.

• Design System Management: Oversee and contribute to the development and

maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all

projects.

• Presentation & Communication: Clearly articulate design decisions, research

findings, and strategic thinking to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years

in a leadership or senior role.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate your

expertise in UX/UI design, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a design team.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and

Vietnamese with the ability to present, defend design concepts, conduct client facing

discussions and facilitation workshops.

• Strategic Thinking: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, product

strategy, and business goals.
