Mô tả công việc

1. Plan and produce UA Advertising videos suitable for various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, AppLovin, etc..)

  • Support multiple formats and duration (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9; 15s / 20s / 30s, etc);
  • Expected weekly KPI: production of around 10 - 15 creative videos (approximately 30 seconds per video, based on original source, excluding size variations, adjustable depending on complexity/type).

2. AI, Trend-based and Localized Production

  • Quickly create diverse videos using AI Tools (e.g., Veo3, Midjourney, etc..);
  • Apply market - specific trends (meme styles, short - form optimization, interactive elements);
  • Consider localization when producing creatives targeting specific countries.

3. Collaboration and Compliance

  • Use Google Workspace as the main collaboration tool for sharing and managing resources, briefs and deliverable;
  • Comply with platform specific specifications, policies and creative guidelines.

Yêu cầu

1. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Media, Communications or related field;
  • Around 5 years of working experience in video editing, motion graphics, or creative production (experience in digital marketing or mobile advertising is a plus).

2. Technical skill

  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent;
  • Familiar with AI - driven creative tools (e.g Runway, Veo3, Mid-journey or similar);
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, AppLovin, TikTok) and their creative specifications;
  • Ability to produce content in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and adapt videos for different campaign duration (15s, 20s, 30s, etc.).

3. Creative, Analytical abilities and Collaboration

  • Keen eye for visual storytelling, design, and trends (e.g., meme culture, short-form video formats, interactive content);
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for collaboration and asset management;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver 10 -15 short-form creatives per week within deadlines.

4. Other requirements

  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus;
  • Portfolio is attached.
