Key Responsibilities
A. 40% Store Operations Management
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of showroom employees.
Ensured the store remained clean and organized and displayed products according to brand standards.
Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels and timely replenishments.
Regularly inspect and maintain high-quality product displays, ensuring a professional and visually appealing showroom that attracts customers.
Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to update trends and enhance the store layout.
B. 20% Customer Service
Provide expert advice and support to customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
C. 20% Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement.
D. 10% Human Resource Management
Recruit, train, and develop a strong in-store team.
Evaluate employee performance and motivate staff to achieve goals.
E. 20% Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions and events.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless store operations.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 2 years of experience in showroom management
Candidates with experience in the furniture industry are preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and highly responsible in work
Proficient in office software and digital tools.
Ability to implement and enforce operational processes effectively.
