Mô tả công việc

  1. Communication & Translation: Assist with Vietnamese - English - Vietnamese interpretation and translation in meetings and daily work exchanges, ensuring accurate and clear communication. Fluency is a must.
  2. Administration & Reporting: Participate in taking meeting notes, preparing essential reports, and monitoring the progress of work in the maintenance department.
  3. Technical & Process Support: Collaborate with relevant departments to assist the Director in troubleshooting and overseeing periodic equipment maintenance. (Note: If this role involves specific HACCP support, please be prepared to discuss or elaborate on it during the interview.)
  4. Schedule Management: Monitor the superior's work schedule, arrange meetings, and provide other necessary administrative support tasks as required.

Yêu cầu

  1. Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing are all required). Must be confident in discussing work matters with foreign management.
  2. Technical Knowledge (Priority): Candidates with prior experience or basic knowledge related to HACCP, Food Safety, Quality Management Systems, Engineering / Mechanics / Maintenance will be given preference.
  3. Soft Skills & Attitude:
  4. Possess a strong learning spirit (willingness to learn) regarding machinery and technical terms.
  5. Proficient in office computer skills (Excel, Word).
  6. Quick, careful, and highly responsible.
  7. Able to work independently or as part of a team.
