Trợ Lý CIO/ Assistant To The CIO At Bitel, Based In Peru - Salary $1,000 - $1,300

- Support the CIO in managing and overseeing IT operations and strategic projects.

- Prepare reports, documents, and proposals to improve business processes.

- Monitor and ensure the progress of key projects and tasks.

- Act as a liaison between the CIO and other departments or external partners.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in IT or similar roles, preferably with experience working closely with senior leadership.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in large enterprises or multinational corporations.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP).

- Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish is a plus.

- Net salary from $1000-1300 + annual profit sharing (depending on business performance) + some other benefits according to Peru’s policies.

- Full meal allowance from Monday to Saturday afternoon. Three meals per day.

- Free accommodation in a company-provided house, including free utilities (electricity and water).

- 30 days of annual leave, plus a round-trip flight ticket home (if you don’t go home, you’ll receive the flight ticket money and an additional one month’s salary). In addition, public holidays will follow Peru’s holiday schedule.
