Mô tả công việc

  • Assist the operations team in carrying out daily E-commerce tasks, including product listings, campaign setup, content publishing, backend configuration, and performance monitoring;
  • Follow up on live streaming schedules, script preparation, and material coordination to ensure smooth execution of all live streaming activities;
  • Handle TikTok content optimization (content plan, script, storyboard, captions, tags) and track video performance;
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with customer service, content, and logistics teams;
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data to support operational strategy adjustments and improvements;
  • Support other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager and develop practical skills through hands-on experience.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, Advertising, Communication, or related fields;
  • English fluency is a must (communicate effectively);
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google, other tools... with a basic understanding of data analysis;
  • Have orientation in e-commerce and content operations, with willingness to grow from an entry-level position;
  • Good learning ability, able to quickly grasp platform rules and tools;
  • Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and strong in execution;
  • Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and adaptable to the fast-paced e-commerce environment;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to contribute to project progress effectively.
