Mô tả công việc

1. Support the sales accounting department

- Support checking accounting documents: input and output invoices, receipts and payments.

- Support tracking customer and supplier debts.

- Participate in reviewing and archiving accounting records and documents.

- Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Sales...) in checking and comparing cost and revenue data.

2. Manage sales activities at the Company's Points of Sale

- Arrange and monitor the daily work schedule of sales staff, handle any arising issues (if any).

- Act as the main contact point with supermarkets to handle issues related to goods and sales staff

- Monitor business activity reports at points of sale

- Report daily and monthly sales figures and monitor actual consignment inventory.

3. Support other tasks assigned by management.

Working time: 9am-18pm ( Monday- Friday)

Yêu cầu

  • Priority for economics, foreign trade, foreign languages 3rd and 4th year students interested in sales & sales management, operations management.
  • Fresh graduates.
  • Good communication skills and basic English/Korean
  • Hardworking, agile
  • Short class schedule (1-2 sessions/week)
