Technical Lead (JavaScript / Python)

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineering Lead to join our growing development team. In this role, you’ll lead talented engineers in building high-quality, scalable, and secure applications for our international clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team where your voice matters and your contributions drive real impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Engineering Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure REST/gRPC APIs.
• Use Docker & Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps workflows.
• Integrate authentication systems (OAuth2, OIDC, Auth0, Keycloak, etc.).
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across cloud-native apps.

Leadership & Team Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and lead technical execution across projects.
• Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
• Resolve bottlenecks and lead architectural enhancements.

Project & Client Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical documentation and architecture.
• Work with cross-functional teams (PM, QA, DevOps) to ensure timely delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities with technical input and solutioning.

1. Must-Have

• 5+ years in software development with strong backend (Node.js; Python) and frontend (React, Angular, etc.) skills.
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, and microservices.
• Experience integrating APIs, version control (Git), and distributed systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proven leadership and project coordination experience.

2. Nice-to-Have

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK).
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Secure coding and API security knowledge.
• Experience with GenAI (OpenAI, Gemini, LlamaIndex, etc.) and AI-powered development tools.
