Teaching Assistant/Trợ Giảng Part-Time

• support teachers with lesson delivery, including monitoring learners, demonstrating activities,
• handling behavior issues and emergencies, and other tasks as requested by the teacher
• manage class activities (under the teacher’s guide and requirements)
• get to know students and their learning progress, their strengths and rooms for improvement
• support teachers with photocopying and preparing materials and tests (if needed)
• keep track of individual students’ behavior, participation and progress, and update this to the homeroom teacher, for reporting to parents
• make daily reports for the class (being trained by Atlantic OC and/or OM)
• attend school meetings as required (usually twice per term, at mid-term and end-of-term)
• attend staff meetings as required (expected once per month)
• communicate regularly with teacher and with line manager regarding class issues
• assist teachers with marking tests and other assignments, as required
  
  

• Education: Currently a university student or graduate (preferably in English, Education, or related fields).
• English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent).
• Experience: Previous experience working with children or in an educational environment is an advantage.
• Skills: Good classroom management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Attitude: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Adaptability: Willing and able to travel to assigned partner schools within the designated area.
• Availability: Able to commit to the assigned schedule during weekdays 8:00-12:00 or 13:30-17:30, depending on the school’s timetable.
• Appearance & Manner: Professional, friendly, and approachable when interacting with students, teachers, and parents.

• Pay rate: 50,000 – 70,000 VND per lesson (60 minutes).
