- Job Posting & Sourcing Candidates

- Screen candidate profiles to match recruitment requirements

- Organize and conduct candidate interviews

- Evaluate candidates and make recruitment recommendations

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidate sources

- Perform periodic recruitment reports
