Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment operation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and act as a trusted advisor to offer
insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience, while meeting hiring KPIs.
Including but not limited to:
- Headhunting & Sourcing: Proactively identify, approach, and engage both active and passive
candidates through innovative sourcing channels and techniques.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job
requirements and SAPP’s values.
2. Onboarding
- Carry out onboarding procedures and introduce new hires to the company.
- Support new employees during onboarding and probation to ensure a positive experience.
3. Reports
- Generate and maintain regular HR reports about recruitment productivity, including headcount tracking, recruitment channel performance, and turnover rates as well as ad-hoc reports as requested.
4. Employer branding activities
- Support Employer branding team in organizing and executing job fairs and employer branding events
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with universities and external networks to enhance
talent pipelines.
5. Other Tasks:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
KPI of TA
- Number of onboarding candidate per month.
- Lead time to fill.
- Turnover rate of new hires in probation.
- Accuracy and timeliness of recruitment reports.
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in in-house recruitment or headhunting with a proven track record of performance.
- Candidates with less than 6 months of experience may also be considered if they demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- Able to recruit for a wide range of positions across different functions.
- Preferably with headhunting experience.
