Mô tả công việc

  • Supervise daily sourcing, purchasing, and ordering activities for fresh products (veggie / non-veggie).
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize out of stock risks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
  • Support negotiations on pricing and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track and report key KPIs (out-of-stock rate, fill rate, input cost, etc.).
  • Conduct regular warehouse and supplier visits to validate stock condition and compliance.
  • Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams to resolve issues and support promotions.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers for long-term cooperation.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Yêu cầu

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sourcing & purchasing, focus on fresh products
  • Experience managing multiple SKUs and supporting demand planning.
  • Good knowledge of the F&B supply chain and supplier management.
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Self motivated, detail oriented, and results driven.
