Store Manager (Luxury Store)

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills. To be successful as a retail store manager, you must be able to multitask. A great retail store manager is results-driven while keeping the needs of customers a priority.

Responsibilities

1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
3. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
4. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
5. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
6. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
8. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
9. Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
10. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
11. Other task assign by Managers and BODs.

• Bachelor College in Business administration or equivalent relevance.
• Have 5+ years related experience/same position.
• Strong knowledge of retail service and training skill is a must.
• Knowledge of POS system.
• Well organization skills & management skills are required to track staff movements, activities, reports.
• Fluently English & Good looking.
