Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and lead the engineering team to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Evaluate and adopt new technologies to optimize performance, security, and system operations.
  • Establish and maintain modern software development practices, including CI/CD and security frameworks.
  • Be actively involved in game system architecture and content development.
  • Take ownership of team development, including hiring, training, and mentoring technical staff.
  • Collaborate with the Management team to support company growth and business development strategies.

Yêu cầu

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Manager, Software Development Manager or equivalent leadership role in the Game and Web development industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid hands-on experience in game development, particularly with large-scale projects and a strong game development portfolio.
  • Proficient in Mini Game technologies and up-to-date with current industry trends.
  • Strong background in game systems, website development (both frontend and backend), and API development.
  • In-depth understanding of version control, software development lifecycle, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in Jira and other project management tools.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
