Mô tả công việc

Position Title: Service Desk Accountant

Department: Finance & Accounting

Work Location: Tầng 3, Lotte Mall West Lake HAnoi Hà Nội, Số 272 Võ Chí Công, Phường Tây Hồ, TP Hà Nội

Working Time: Shift-based

- Morning shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

- Afternoon shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

(5 days/week; weekend shifts required as assigned by the Head of Department)

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Control & Verification:

  • Check and verify daily revenue from credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
  • Review and confirm the number of credit card slips submitted by Cashiers.
  • Compare and reconcile credit card, e-wallet, and bank revenues, and record data accurately in the accounting system on a daily basis.
  • Monitor and control card and e-wallet transaction fees.
  • Review the daily summary of payments (credit card, e-wallet, bank) submitted by Cashiers and ensure consistency with system records.
  • Issue VAT invoices for retail customers on a daily basis.

Yêu cầu

  • University degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in the real estate or retail industry (Office Leasing, Shopping Mall, or Hotel) is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of accounting systems (SAP is an advantage).
  • Willing to work on a shift schedule and weekends as assigned by the Head of Department.
