Mô tả công việc

  • Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs and behaviors, business goals, competitors; identify precise UX design challenges to be addressed in order to ensure the best experience for customers.
  • Conceptualize overall design architecture, user interfaces, specifications, and requirements for the look, feel, and function of VPS products and services.
  • Participate in all stages of the design process, from initial concepts to implementation, maintaining high-quality standards and adjusting as necessary.
  • Utilize design tools to create storyboards, prototypes and templates for demonstrations and user testing.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand image and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
  • Participate in product evaluations and testing.
  • Analyze and evaluate user feedback to make corresponding adjustments to increase user satisfaction.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design (UX/UI Design), Finance, Marketing, Behavioral Psychology, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in user experience design.
  • Candidates with practical experience and understanding of financial and investment products are preferred.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma. Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, user interface (UI) design, and best practices in user experience (UX).
  • Ability to work in Agile, Scrum methodology, and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, proactive in facing challenges.
  • Ability to contribute to product development process.
