Mô tả công việc

  • Job Purpose – Senior, Training Content Development
  • The job holder is responsible for working as an expert, consulting with divisions to analyze training needs, design learning roadmaps and programs, and track program effectiveness.
  • The job holder will deliver soft skills, induction, and leadership programs as required.
  • The job holder will track and monitor the training budget.
  • The job holder will support the manager in fulfilling the division’s learning and capability development needs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with management, in coordination with the unit, to identify capacity needs, frameworks, and assessment tools.
  • Work with management, in coordination with the unit, to design training roadmaps that support business strategies and priorities.
  • Advise on the implementation of training plans aligned with the strategic direction of the unit and the organization.
  • Consult on the design of training programs based on the training plan and develop online training content (E-learning).
  • Manage and coordinate training projects.
  • Consult on the selection of trainers and training partners for training programs and projects.
  • Coordinate with units to manage training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Review, improve, and maintain curricula to ensure relevance and alignment with market trends.
  • Provide consultation on the development of policies, regulations, processes, and training guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Manager of Training and Development and the direct manager.

Yêu cầu

Domain Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in HR and L&D.
  • Experience using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline (required for the E-learning team).
  • Experience in delivering training.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of technology, HR, and in-depth understanding of L&D.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines.
  • Foreign language (English – fluent): minimum TOEIC 550 or higher, or equivalent.
