Mô tả công việc

  • Proactively search, build, and maintain relationships with corporate clients and organizations, both domestic and international, that have demands for events, conferences, seminars, team building, and MICE travel programs.
  • Consult and propose suitable MICE solutions and packages that ensure creativity, efficiency, and feasibility.
  • Design, develop, and customize MICE programs and events based on client requirements, in compliance with the Sales Department’s procedures.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate, and finalize contracts; monitor payment progress and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Closely coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Accounting departments to implement, supervise, and guarantee service quality throughout the program execution.
  • Prepare proposals, bidding documents, marketing materials, and client presentations to enhance persuasiveness and increase deal-closing rates.
  • Confirm services and support clients with arrangements such as flights, hotels, insurance, visas, transportation, and other special requirements.
  • Follow up and evaluate outcomes after each program/event, collect client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
  • Participate and contribute ideas in regular departmental meetings, report weekly/monthly/quarterly business results to the Sales Manager.
  • Provide orientation, support, and training for new sales staff (if any), sharing experience to strengthen team capacity.

Yêu cầu

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in MICE sales or event/travel sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the MICE market; a strong corporate client network is a plus.
  • Proactive, creative, able to work under high pressure, and strong team player.
  • Proficient in English (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
