Senior Quality Control

• Lead and perform manual investigation, reproduction of functional software issues, and support root cause analysis of existing test script failures;

• Plan, design, and conduct a wide range of quality control activities for NDS products on Mobile/Web platforms;

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, reusable templates, and test data; ensure defects are thoroughly documented and tracked during execution;

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Development Teams to clarify requirements, validate technical designs, and manage defect lifecycle effectively;

• Participate in multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities, and report quality status to your line manager;

• Research, evaluate, and apply new testing technologies, validation tools, and methodologies to improve the quality and efficiency of delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

• 2+ years of experience in software testing;

• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Web, Mobile, and API testing;

• Strong understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in software & system testing;

• Ability to design test strategies, create test plans, and develop effective test cases;

• Proficiency with SDLC, STLC, and diverse testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall);

• Familiarity with common QA tools: Jira/Azure DevOps (tracking), TestRail/Zephyr (test management), Postman/Swagger (API testing), BrowserStack/Appium (Web/Mobile testing);

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration is a plus;

• Strong knowledge of both Functional and Non-Functional testing (performance, security, usability…);

• Ability to configure and set up test environments and tools;

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong sense of ownership;

• Good time management, ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks;

• Eagerness to learn, research, and continuously improve QA/QC professional skills;
