Senior Presales Engineer - Cybersecurity (Lead)

Strategy & Technical Leadership

• Lead the “technical win” strategy in complex, high-value cybersecurity projects.
• Collaborate with Sales & partners to shape solutions and build compelling proposals.
• Deliver presentations, demos, PoCs, and defend solutions in RFP/Q&A processes.

Cybersecurity Solutions

Design and consult on solutions including:

• Access Control & NAC: Aruba ClearPass (ACCA/ACCP)
• Next-Gen Firewall & Threat Prevention: Palo Alto Networks (PCNSE)
• Endpoint Protection & EDR: Kaspersky Endpoint Security (Advanced)
• Review and approve BoMs, HLD/LLD, and proposals from the Pre-Sales team.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributors on deal registration, pricing strategy, and incentive programs.

Team Management & Coaching

• Manage and mentor a team of 2–4 Pre-Sales Engineers.
• Organize internal enablement, develop playbooks, and standardize solution templates.
• Enhance technical quality and presentation skills across the team.
  
  

6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure/cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in Pre-Sales or technical consulting.

Proven track record in winning large-scale projects, especially in enterprise or government sectors.

Expertise in at least two of the following:

• Aruba ClearPass (policy, onboarding, TACACS+, firewall integration)
• Palo Alto Networks (policy design, threat prevention, GlobalProtect)
• Kaspersky Endpoint Security (EDR, hardening, cloud console)

Knowledge of SOC, SIEM, SOAR is an advantage.

• Previous experience with SI/MSP is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Mandatory Certifications (at least one group):

• Aruba ClearPass: ACCA or ACCP
• Palo Alto Networks: PCNSE
• Kaspersky Endpoint Security: Advanced/Associate

Preferred Additional Certifications: Fortinet NSE, Cisco Security, SIEM/SOAR.
