Senior IT Project Manager - Quản Lý Dự Án (Finance) - Quận 1

• Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects related to consumer lending platforms (web/mobile applications) within the approved timeline and budget.
• Define and refine project goals, scope, functional requirements, and key deliverables in alignment with product strategy and business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, sprint schedules, and technical dependencies, and ensure visibility for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams—engineering, product, design, QA, data, compliance, and operations—to ensure project milestones are achieved with high-quality output.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and technical feasibility assessments in collaboration with product owners and engineering leads.
• Monitor project progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies, track KPIs, and produce scheduled progress reports covering milestones, risks, blockers, and delivery status.
• Ensure clear, timely, and proactive communication of project updates, technical risks, compliance issues, and changes in requirements to all relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project budgeting, cost forecasting, and vendor coordination (if applicable), ensuring resources are aligned with project needs.
• Identify risks related to technology, security, data integrity, compliance, and user experience, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate delivery effectiveness, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities for future projects.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, lending compliance rules, and security best practices.
• Continuously improve project management processes, documentation standards, and collaboration frameworks across technical and non-technical teams.
  
  

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with strong academic performance.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in office productivity tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience within the Banking, Finance, or FinTech industry.
• Demonstrated success managing full lifecycle delivery of technical projects, particularly core banking systems or large-scale financial platforms.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management within technology-driven environments.
