Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing to lead our influencer ecosystem, scale affiliate revenue, and drive impactful creator-led campaigns across multiple brands. This role requires strong strategic thinking, solid influencer relations, and proven experience in performance-driven affiliate marketing.

You will be responsible for recruiting creators and affiliates, managing campaigns end-to-end, optimizing revenue, overseeing livestream operations, and driving continuous growth through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
  • Actively source, evaluate, and onboard new affiliates and influencers to expand the creator network.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates.
  • Provide affiliates with necessary tools, guidelines, and support to ensure strong performance and revenue contribution.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Identify suitable influencers for each brand, campaign, or product category.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and structure KPIs aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Develop campaign briefs, negotiate deliverables, and finalize agreements with influencers/KOLs/KOCs.
  • Create and refine content strategies to optimize affiliate product performance.
  • Test multiple content formats (short-form, livestream, review, unboxing, conversion-focused content) to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate closely with the insights, content, and creative teams to build innovative user experiences that improve acquisition and ROAS.
  • Continuously analyze campaign results and adjust outreach, content direction, and influencer selection based on performance insights.

Influencer Relationship & Pipeline Growth

  • Expand and maintain a strong pipeline of creators across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Proactively identify new talent, negotiate rates, and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage existing relationships to strengthen brand visibility and boost affiliate revenue.

Affiliate Livestream Operations

  • Identify livestream opportunities with KOCs/KOLs to push revenue on TikTok and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage livestream scripts, product storytelling, promotion mechanics, and livestream operations.
  • Track conversion and optimize livestream performance through testing and real-time feedback.

Performance Analysis & Budget Management & Report

  • Track key performance metrics (CVR, clicks, revenue, CPE, ROI, influencer ranking).
  • Consolidate insights and prepare performance reports for the marketing and management teams.
  • Oversee affiliate and influencer budgets, including commission structures and promotional incentives.
  • Ensure optimal budget allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI.

Yêu cầu

  • Proven experience building and scaling influencer & affiliate programs, preferably in e-commerce or consumer products.
  • Successful portfolio of influencer/affiliate campaigns with measurable revenue impact.
  • Understanding of paid and organic acquisition funnels, creator marketing, and social platform mechanics.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or paid social (bonus).
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencer relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent project and time management skills; able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Salary range: Negotiable (base + performance bonus) — target total annual income 14–18 months of salary.
