Mục đích công việc:

To manage and execute core HR functions with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management. The role ensures effective hiring of top talent, competitive and fair reward practices, and a robust performance management system that supports organizational growth.

Trách nhiệm công việc:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with TA Manager to build and maintain talent pipelines through active networking, employer branding initiatives, and partnerships with external agencies/universities.
  • Advise business leaders on recruitment strategies, market insights, and talent trends.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Prepare annual manpower and salary budgets aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the C&B Manager to monitor, review, and control personnel budgets, ensuring they remain within approved limits.
  • Conduct job analysis, grading, and salary benchmarking for new positions and on an annual basis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, and benefits enhancements.

Performance Management

  • Work closely with HR Director to develop, implement, and maintain performance management frameworks (KPI, Object and Key results (OKR), or competency-based).
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, ensuring consistency and fairness across departments.
  • Partner with managers to translate performance results into development and reward actions.
  • Support initiatives to build a performance-driven culture within the organization.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in talent acquisition and C&B.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, job evaluation methodologies, and performance systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
