About the Role

As part of the Growth team, you’ll be at the core of how we connect with customers — driving acquisition, retention, and engagement through data, creativity, and deep understanding of user needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Growth & Performance Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and in-app platforms.
  • Continuously experiment with targeting, creatives, and landing experiences to drive CAC-efficient growth.
  • Partner with BI and Data teams to monitor key metrics (CTR, CR, CPI, LTV, ROAS).

2. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM)

  • Translate product features into value propositions that speak to user pain points.
  • Support go-to-market planning for new features: audience definition, messaging, and launch tracking.
  • Ensure product stories are consistent across channels and lifecycle touchpoints.

3. Funnel Optimization & Insights

  • Analyze user journeys to identify friction points and conversion levers.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, onboarding flows, and retention loops.
  • Share actionable insights that inform future product or campaign iterations.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to turn insights into scalable initiatives.
  • Support in building dashboards and periodic reports to evaluate campaign and funnel health.

Yêu cầu

Must-have

  • 3+ years of experience in performance or product marketing for consumer tech, fintech, or app-based businesses.
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, or DSPs).
  • Solid understanding of key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, CR, Retention.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable using data tools or dashboards to derive insights.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data and product stories into clear growth actions.
  • Ownership and bias-to-action: you don’t wait for perfect data to test a good idea.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with SQL, GA4, or MMP tools (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
  • Experience in funnel analysis or CRM automation (App Push, Zalo OA, Email).
  • Background in fintech, gaming, or consumer tech startups.
