Mô tả công việc

  • Review, deploy and configure Callbot Chatbot system base on guideline and go live checklist. Customize or add new feature base on BU requirements.
  • Provide L2 support on production
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
  • Monitor, operating the platform, application, and system
  • Backup, achieve
  • Maintain the platform and system
  • Define SLA, OLA
  • Training for L1 support and other members
  • Create operation guideline documents
  • Turning the platform and system

Yêu cầu

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study: or equivalent education, training & experience

Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

  • Operating experience with application server like Apache Tomcat or Nginx
  • Operating experience with logging and monitoring system like Grafana, Prometheus, Logstash
  • Experience working with Window, Linux operating system.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with AWS.
  • Experience working with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch
  • Experience working with Nodejs and Reactjs is an advantage.
  • Operating experience with message queue system like RabitMQ, ActiveMQ
  • Familiar with web/application servers using Load Balancing model.
  • Familiar with GitOps environment and tools such as Git, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, OpenShift
