Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies through business development and networking.
  • Understand client industries, cultures, and hiring needs.
  • Advertise job vacancies across various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Proactively headhunt and approach potential candidates.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Prepare CVs and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Advise on salary negotiations, career progression, and training opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets.

Yêu cầu

  • Proven experience in headhunting or B2B sales/service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative and collaborative team player.
