About the Role

Our Client are a dynamic and innovative sports event production company seeking an experienced Senior Camera Director with hands-on expertise in sports such as baseball, basketball, curling, or surfing. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality broadcasts for live events across North America.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team and cutting-edge broadcast technology — all remotely from Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and direct PTZ cameras during live sports events
  • Ensure strong shot composition, smooth transitions & visual storytelling
  • Operate vMix for switching, live graphics, multi-camera feeds & instant replay
  • Conduct technical rehearsals & testing prior to each event
  • Troubleshoot signal and equipment issues in real-time during live productions
  • Communicate constantly with the North American production team
  • Maintain broadcast quality standards and support junior camera operators

Yêu cầu

Requirements

  • 3+ years in livestream or broadcast production
  • Experience with vMix, PTZ camera control & instant replay
  • Knowledge of NDI / RTMP / SRT, broadcast signal workflows
  • Strong English communication
  • Calm under pressure & excellent teamwork
  • Passion for sports and live production
  • Experience with remote production and sports broadcasting is a major plus.
