Senior CAD/ Civil 3D Drafter

We are looking for 01 Senior CAD/Civil 3D Drafters to work on infrastructure design projects in New Zealand and Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international exposure, enhance technical skills, and build a long-term career.

Sign-on Bonus:

• A sign-on bonus equivalent to one month’s net salary will be offered. The bonus will be paid in stages once the probation contract is signed.

Job Description:

• Take charge of drafting tasks for land development projects in New Zealand & Australia
• Prepare technical drawings, designs, and specifications using Cad/ Civil 3D or 12D and other company software
• Assist with training and mentoring of two junior drafters
• Support the preparation of quantities, cost estimates, and contract documents
• Assist in solving technical problems and ensuring project goals are met
• Maintain and manage project documentation and record

Workplace: Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Highway Engineering, or Infrastructure Design is an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience working in similar position
• Experience working on Australian projects are highly considered
• Proficient in AutoCAD, knowing Civil 3D is a bonus
• Good command of english communication skills required (speaking and writing)
• Eager to learn, passionate about technology, especially AI in construction
• Strong adaptability, quick learner, and growth mindset
