- Work closely with the Sales team to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for Modern Trade (supermarkets, convenience chains) and General Trade (traditional retail) channels.

- Analyze sales data, monitor stock levels, and generate sales forecasts to support business decisions.

- Track the performance of trade promotions and provide insights into sales activation effectiveness.

- Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue, promotions, and trade spend tracking.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance...) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

- Assist with ad hoc reports and projects as requested by management.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.

- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry—especially in personal care, household, or hygiene products.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, Power

BI, Google Data Studio ).

- Basic English communication skills for reading reports and coordinating with internal teams or international stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and well-organized.

- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively under pressure and deadlines

Phúc lợi

- Salary: VND 20 – 25 million gross/month (negotiable based on experience, as shown in the official JD)

- Phone allowance: VND 150,000/month - Motorcycle parking fee: Paid directly by the company to the building management

- Performance bonus: Based on business results, year-end evaluation, and tenure

- Laptop provided - 100% salary and full social insurance during probation

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
