Mô tả công việc
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, airlines, and government bodies.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and promotional events.
- Organize client entertainment, familiarization trips, and site inspections.
- Monitor competitors and analyze market trends to support sales strategy.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Sales & Marketing plans.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support advertising, collateral management, and marketing activities.
- Prepare tenders, proposals, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and execute assigned initiatives.
Yêu cầu
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Good writing skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
