Sales Logistics Supervisor

- Being responsible for securing and maintaining new business (hunting 100% new customers)

- Meeting and exceeding target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.

- Contributing to improve in the best practices in sales, and strategic approaches to an account.

- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.

- Identifying portion that need offer quotation: receive information/ inquiry of quotation from assigned customers

via email, phone…

- Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.

- Supporting Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.

- Managing and controlling P/L for assigned customers.

- Managing Big Korean customers relation with whole scope (IFF, TRK, CC, WH)

- Other tasks followed by superior’s requirements.

- Bachelor degree, major in logistics, supply chain, or business is preferred.

- English fluency.

- At least 2,5 years sales experience.

- Basic skill as a salesperson such as Logistics Specialist.

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.

- Excellence in organizing/typing/filing skills.

- Excellence in organizational skills and attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
