Mô tả công việc

- Make commercial invoice (Vitesco, Siemens, Valeo) and manage collection by Web

- Manage mold fee and collection & manage contract

- Check stock by customer and summarize uncollected items for follow-up arrangement

- According to customer's shipping requirement standard by week to plan shipping

- Work with production manager to check shipping quantity and notify customer

- Manage customer's inventory and VMI

- Work with FWD to check loading schedule/shipping fee/transfer documents related to shipping

- Work with shipping party on shipping related contents (invoice, amount, quantity) and issue PO

Yêu cầu

- Fluent in English both speaking and writing

- Graduate of related business major

- Proficient in Excel and office software

- Priority is given to candidates with relevant experience and working in the same industry

- No Experience Required
