Mô tả công việc
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions, primarily through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Advise clients on appropriate tour packages and provide detailed information to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow the sales process to ensure all bookings are properly executed and clients receive timely updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Provide clients with detailed information about destinations, tour packages, and additional products to increase sales.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations, tour itineraries, and all necessary documentation for booking confirmation.
- Confirm bookings and ensure that clients are informed of ticketing, accommodation, travel insurance, and any visa or currency requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounting) to ensure the smooth execution of tour programs.
- Report on weekly sales progress and attend regular sales meetings to discuss targets and strategies.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- At least 3 year of experience in travel sales, inbound sales, preferably with experience in the Philippines market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
