Mô tả công việc

  • Receive and clarify customer inquiries, discuss development techniques, and incorporate customer feedback effectively.
  • Provide expert advice to customers regarding product structure, features, and materials.
  • Coordinate fabric sourcing and material procurement, ensuring accurate information is shared for quotations.
  • Work closely with suppliers to meet specific requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Gather information on fabric pricing, consumption norms, and CM pricing. Prepare and submit costing tables for review and finalize pricing.
  • Oversee the development of raw materials, ensuring quality standards are met. Consult with Technical team for guidance on material selection when necessary.
  • Manage the synchronization of materials for sample sewing and monitor the sample development process. Address customer feedback promptly.
  • Coordinate with Account Customer Service to finalize and approve samples for production.
  • Prepare and share order checklists with Account Customer Service for approval.
  • Monitor sample development progress, set delivery schedules, and ensure the preparation of sample sewing materials

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Garment or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
