The Role

We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead the operations and business performance of our 700m2 flagship concept store on Lê Lợi Street, Saigon.

As a key strategic leader, you’ll drive operational excellence, sales growth, and team performance while ensuring that every customer experiences the warmth, creativity, and authenticity that define the Ginkgo spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance operational efficiency and in-store execution.
• Monitor and report sales performance by floor and by team member.
• Manage staff allocation, scheduling, and attendance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver premium service.
• Analyze business data and build strategic plans for store development and growth.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store management, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Proven retail leader with hands-on experience managing multi-store operations and high-performing teams
• Decisive, accountable, and results-driven with sharp problem-solving and strategic execution skills
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English, French is a valuable asset
• In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and compliance standards.
• Market-savvy with strong operational instincts and local insight
• Exceptional communicator with a customer-first mindset and premium service standards
• Tech-proficient, detail-oriented, and relentless in pursuit of excellence
• Business-focused with a strong fashion sensibility and the ability to turn brand vision into action.
