You’re not just a bridge in recruitment or a builder of internal culture—you’re the storyteller shaping and spreading our image as an “Employer of Choice.” This role combines three essential functions: efficient recruitment, employee engagement, and employer branding (EB), with the ultimate goal of attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding (40%)

  • Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and more to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings, resume screening, interviews, to offers and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and standardize selection processes.
  • Implement the onboarding program for new hires, including documentation, training, feedback collection, and facilitating smooth integration.
  • Create engaging employer branding content: videos, articles, employee stories, and cultural initiatives that align with the company’s values.

2. Employer branding (60%)

  • Organize cultural initiatives, team-building events, recognition programs, and foster a supportive, collaborative internal environment.
  • Enhance employee experience by responding to inquiries about company policies and benefits, boosting workplace morale.
  • Conduct engagement surveys, gather feedback, and propose improvements to strengthen employee connectedness and belonging.

Yêu cầu

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably focusing on recruitment and employee engagement within tech or fintech companies.
  • Exceptional communication, event planning, and internal communications skills.
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with tools like AI (chatbots, content generation, sentiment analysis), design platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Express), and content creation (writing, video scripting).
  • Fluent English is an advantage.
