Quality Engineer

Our products on iOS App Store and Android include Camera Translator: Translate+, Face Story - AI Photo Editor, and TV Cast & Screen Mirroring. We’re at the beginning of our automation journey, and we're looking for a Quality Engineer who’s passionate about both mobile testing and automation. You will:

- Design, write, and execute test plans and test cases for mobile applications (iOS and Android).

- Build and maintain automated test scripts using best practices for stability and reusability.

- Extend and improve test automation frameworks (Appium or equivalent).

- Execute manual and automated tests for UI, API, and performance to ensure product quality.

- Evaluate test results, report bugs clearly, and collaborate with developers to improve quality.

- Document QA processes and contribute to building an internal testing playbook.

- Identify quality gaps in the development process and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with strong exposure to mobile testing.

- Hands-on experience in automation frameworks (Appium, Selenium, TestNG, or similar).

- Comfortable with both manual testing and automation for mobile and API tests.

- Good scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or equivalent.

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Proxyman,..).

- Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (e.g., Git).

- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases for testing purposes.

- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to test design.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work across multiple teams.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Bonus: Experience with AI product testing or performance testing tools.
