QA Specialist - Temp 6 Months

1. Collect quality document from suppliers, check compliance of document according to regulation. Keep archives, ,

maintain and update it (when document expired). Check content of product labeling according to legal regulation.

2. Manage the quality for private label products: Audit suppliers, develop quality document: product’s specification,

product self-declaration, testing, labeling, built and implement the product quality control plan, …

3. Work with relevant departments to prepare document for registration of certificate of alcohol retail, follow up result to

get the ertificate (if assigned to manage category 430)

4. Handle quality issues: Collecting information about quality issues (from customers, suppliers, stores, other divisions,

authorities, media, ...). Suggest solution and follow up result/impact.

5. Support stores to have product quality document if need (for authorities,…)

6. Update new regulations related to hygiene and quality: Find out new regulations related to food safety and hygiene and

update to relevant departments.

7. Other jobs related to product quality management.

• Education: University degree, preferably in science or technology falcuties.
• Functional knowledge & experience:
  
  - Major in food and quality system.
  
  - Know about relevant legal regulation.
  
  - Experienced quality management in retail, product self-declaration, knowledge of quality management system ISO, HACCP, ….
• Functional skill: Problem-solving skills.
• Managerial skill: Cross-functional teamwork, decision-making skills.
• Seniority: Minimum 2 year experience, working in management of quality assurance or quality control section.
• Language: Good in English.
• Office skills: Computer (Office, especially in Excel, word, powerpoint).
