Mô tả công việc

  • Manage end-to-end software implementation projects (especially DMS-related).
  • Coordinate with internal teams: Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Support.
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Vietnamese to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
  • Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, scope, resource plans, and risk management logs.
  • Monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high service standards.
  • Join to worksop (within provinces) as required for project meetings, kick-offs, or support.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management for software development/implementation.
  • Solid experience in managing DMS, ERP, or CRM software projects.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) – required for daily communication with clients and internal documentation.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server (able to query, understand DB structures).
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills – ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to provinces when required for project deployment or support.
