Mô tả công việc
- Manage end-to-end software implementation projects (especially DMS-related).
- Coordinate with internal teams: Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Support.
- Communicate with clients in both English and Vietnamese to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.
- Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, scope, resource plans, and risk management logs.
- Monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain high service standards.
- Join to worksop (within provinces) as required for project meetings, kick-offs, or support.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management for software development/implementation.
- Solid experience in managing DMS, ERP, or CRM software projects.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) – required for daily communication with clients and internal documentation.
- Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server (able to query, understand DB structures).
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills – ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to provinces when required for project deployment or support.
