Project Management (FASHION)

About the Role

You will work closely with the Head of Cluster to support strategic and internal projects that connect sub-teams within Owned Brands Cluster and multiple teams and contribute to building a data-driven and collaborative foundation for long-term growth with major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

Assist the Head of Cluster in coordinating and executing cross-functional projects.

Support internal initiatives that require collaboration between multiple sub-teams track project progress, consolidate feedback, and ensure on-time delivery of key milestones.

Prepare summary reports and dashboards for management review.

Business & Market Understanding

Research and analyze internal performance data, competitor benchmarks, and e-commerce logistics trends.

Research e-commerce platform policies and analyze how policy changes influence seller and buyer behavior.

Integrate findings into reports to support strategic and operational improvements.

Participate in internal performance reviews to identify service gaps and propose data-backed improvements.

Communication & Reporting

Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and cross-departmental meetings.

Facilitate information flow between Key Account Division and other business units to ensure alignment and execution consistency.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, planner, or operations support; preferably in e-commerce, cosmetic, fashion.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple functions.

Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn the end-to-end business flow of e-commerce.
