Project Management Engineer

1. Pre-construction stage: (30%)

• Find suitable consultants and contractors.
• Prepare and review tender invitation documents, and assist in tender evaluation.
• Check and correct on the civil design.
• Work with consultants to submit basic design appraisal, construction design appraisal, EIA, Fire-Fighting approval, construction license to the authority.

2. Construction stage (40%)

• Check supervision consultant: staff, man-months, MoM, report and tasks of supervision.
• Together with supervision consultant to check the major works of contractors, answer RFI (Request for Information).
• Take part in meeting on site with consultant and contractor.
• Witness of important test at laboratory or factory.
• Review payment documents and report progress to the Manager.

3. Post-construction stage (20%)

• Work with supervision consultant and contractors to finalize the procedures of Testing and Hand-over.
• Support the Manager to hand over project to customer or Site Management department.

4. Check and accept for Client’s construction and infrastructure connection, working with authorities when needed (10%)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineer)
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
• Good communication in English, MS Office, AutoCAD is prefer.
• Strong ability to review and comment on design documents.
• Good working with contractors and consultants
• Good at review and comment for designs
• Hard working in professional environment
