Mô tả công việc

Define the business plan & strategy for the brand/account, in terms of promotion, P&L, assortment growth, budget management and brand partnership etc,.

Main in-charge for sale out and sale in by monthly/quarterly/yearly

Build strong relationships with your brand and platform counterparts

Drive sales and profitability through proper merchandising as product pricing, sales through & marketing strategy to work with brands.

Manage the inventory product and mitigate expired loss product

Deliver comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering

Prepare and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives

Yêu cầu

At least 4+ years of relevant working experience in digital/e-commerce campaign plans, ideally with Tiktok Shop, market place platform (Lazada, Shopee,...) or related retail company

Commercial performance-driven mindset, collaborative mindset, looking to make an impact and thriving In a fast-paced environment

Analytical skills to analyze data to make performance improvements suggestions

Ability to develop a brand e-commerce strategy and make into activations plan

Strong interpersonal, connection & communication to main distributors and brands

Good Microsoft office skill, specially in Excel
