Mô tả công việc

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Central Kitchen, ensuring production schedules are met for all outlets.
  • Supervise and support two production teams (Bakery & Pastry), driving performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs: cost control, waste management, product consistency, and process efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control and food safety standards.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, production planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams on product launches, recipe standardization, and scaling.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Provide data-driven reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Work mainly during office hours (9am–6pm) with flexibility to adapt when required (early morning/late shifts during peak or urgent production needs).

Yêu cầu

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as Production Manager (or similar role) in bakery, pastry, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing large teams in manual-labor, process-heavy environments.
  • Demonstrated success in cost management, waste reduction, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills; highly data-driven in decision-making.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability to a fast-paced production environment.
