Product Owner (Mobile Game)

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for our Mobile Game. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from game concept and design to development, launch, and live operations. You will work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure the mobile game delivers a top-tier user experience and meets both player expectations and business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and create development roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Development, BI, Art, and Marketing teams to plan and deliver new features, gameplay mechanics, and content.
• Monitor and analyze product KPIs (retention, monetization, user acquisition) to propose improvements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and player behavior analysis to identify opportunities.
• Write and manage product requirements (PRD), ensuring clarity and quality across teams.
• Prioritize backlog items and manage sprints following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Host reviews and retrospectives to optimize workflows and product quality.
• Propose strategic directions and long-term growth initiatives for the product.

Knowledge:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Game Producer, or similar role in mobile gaming, mobile app.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and full product lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of mobile games, gameplay systems, and player psychology.
• Hands-on experience with KPIs such as retention, monetization, and user acquisition.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and product roadmap management.

Skill:

• Extensive gaming experience across Steam, PC, and mobile platforms.
• Strong user insight, analytical mindset, and ability to understand player behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking and strong decision-making ability.
• High teamwork capability, with proven ability to collaborate across Marketing, BI, Design, and Dev teams.

INCOME
