Get to know the role

Collaborate daily with specialists, including Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, Product Analysts, Business Stakeholders, and End users to create outstanding user experiences that balance business goals with user satisfaction.

The Day-to-day activities

• Crafting User-Centered Designs: Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, visual designs (UI), and interactive prototypes (Interaction Design).
• Turning Data into Insights :Translate market data, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user research into actionable insights and design decisions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure implementation aligns with design requirements, maintaining high standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch products.
• Contributing to the Design System: Contribute to OM's Design System in coordination with design peers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in UI/UX Design, ideally with Mobile App products at scale.
• UI Excellence: Strong visual design foundation with attention to layout, spacing, typography, color, and hierarchy.
• UX Thinking: Solid understanding of interaction patterns, usability heuristics, and design principles.
• Product Mindset: Able to connect user needs with business context and propose design that drives outcomes.
• Communication: Clear and confident when presenting ideas, giving or receiving feedback.
• Figma Proficiency: Comfortable with components, auto layout, variants, and collaborative workflows.
• Portfolio: Showcase real-world projects that demonstrate both design craft and product thinking.

Nice-to-Have (Optional Skills)

• Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable working with product data, user journeys, or funnel analysis to guide design (mentorship available if you're new).
• Animation Design: Experience designing motion for Mobile/Web, including micro-interactions, transitions, and delightful animations.
• UX Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, human-centered copy for UI components.
  
  Experience with Design Systems: Contributing to or maintaining component libraries.

Salary & Allowances

• 13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
• Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month
• Special occasion bonus: 2.500.000VND/year
