Mô tả công việc

1. Product Development (80%)

  • Develop and curate innovative travel itineraries, tours, and experiences aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all products meet Terraverde Travel’s standards of quality and sustainability.

2. Contracting and Supplier Management (80%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and activity operators.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best rates, terms, and conditions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Regularly review supplier performance and address issues as needed.
  • Manage supplier databases and ensure all agreements are documented and updated.

3. Sales Management & Mentoring (20%)

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the FIT Sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular feedback and support to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align product offerings with client needs and market demands.
  • Assist in resolving escalated sales or customer issues to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations Departments to gather feedback and refine offerings.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations Department to ensure seamless product launches and service delivery.
  • Provide training and updates to the sales team on new products and key supplier relationships.

6. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all products comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and product details.

Yêu cầu

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, contracting, or a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in mentoring and developing teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of driving sales team success.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for designing unique travel experiences.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and product performance.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant travel industry software.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
