Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

• Apply the tailoring company process to adapt with the specific project needs

• Participate in the project and QMS process reviews

• Take part in auditing projects to make sure the project to align with the agreed working process and ensure the quality of final product

• Identify and document noncompliance issues. Ensure that noncompliance issues are addressed

• Provide feedback to project staff and managers on the results of quality assurance activities

• Support the project team in preventing the risk and corrective action plan for project

• Plan, maintain and improve company processes

• Collect and analyze data for process database after milestone of projects

• Implement quality goals and strategies, support updated documentation, support orientation, review SDLC model.

Yêu cầu

• 4 years as a QA in outsourcing/product/service projects

• Experienced in process documentation for ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001

• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

• Proficient in coordination and training

• ISO Auditor certification is a plus

• Eng communicates is required.
